Everything there was incredible and the staff where efficient and absolutely friendly. My twin room was practical and had basic facilities needed. The hotel was in an amazing location, in a steady stream. I visited an à la carte restaurant and really enjoyed the local meals they offer.

The room was good-sized with exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and climate control etc. The staff was efficient and fantastically friendly, providing an excellent service. The location was stunning for walking around Cala Fornells Beach. I ate at the à la carte restaurant near the hotel.
Disappointing aspect was tiny bathroom.

The location was lovely: shopping streets and a market were within walking distance. Easy access to Palma de Mallorca airport, which was about 27 minutes' drive away. Loved the quiet atmosphere and brand-new double room with three tables.

They gave us a club room with jacuzzi. Soft bathrobes, fresh towels and slippers were very handy. The location was marvellous and beautiful, a 10-15 minute walk from Cala Fornells Beach.

The service was excellent, we had a plentiful and excellent breakfast with freshly cooked hot food, desserts and the bacon. The location of the hotel was stunning - around 10-15 minutes walk from Cala Fornells Beach. Enjoyed the great area so close to wonderful gardens, Capdella and an old castle.

Booked a room with a tree view. The hotel staff was very, very nice and incredible. The location was marvellous in a nice area, not far from a steady stream, a very touristy shopping street and the beaches. A cool bonus was Cafe "la Bachor" Bar, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.
